1.) The reality is that Home Inspectors are not required to be HAAG Certified Roofing Inspectors, and therefore may not be.

2.) The inspector may only view the lowest point of the roof, typically where Christmas lights are installed or a ladder may have been set to paint. 

Neither of these scenarios are optimal for assessing the entire roof condition.

Experience 

Over the past 20 years Phillip Rupert has performed thousands of inspections, many of which Do Not Require full roof replacements. I’ve built my career on referrals from both Real Estate Brokers as well as Insurance Brokers for one very simple reason. I always provide a professional, honest Inspection Report quickly, typically the same day. 

Timeliness 

We get it, timing is critical. If roof replacement is necessary, we have the ability to move extremely quickly we can literally have a roof installed within a few days of Initial Inspection.
